Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, Karib Skin does not accept returns of opened packages and items. We do accept exchanges and refunds where acceptable. However, we take full responsibility for any items that arrive damaged or defective due to our error, and we will issue a full refund in such cases.
If the issue is found not to be the result of Karib Skin’s negligence, all sales are considered final.

Please note that Karib Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has left our facility. At that point, the package is under the care of the designated postal service. Customers are advised to file a claim directly with the courier and follow their process for lost or stolen items.
